Hi! My name is Jo, and welcome to Akasha Wellness Clinic. I specialise in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, Intuitive Counselling, Flower Essences and Iridology.
My goal is to make health easy and accessible. We often have a belief that getting healthy requires hard work and deprivation. This is why so many of us put it off for later, or get disheartened if we “fall off the wagon”. I help you to overcome these blocks to experiencing wellness and vitality, and to make small, accessible changes that don’t feel like hard work at all, and become part of your lifestyle, so there is no falling off any wagon.
I am intuitive and use this guidance, along with my professional knowledge to assist you in the most supportive and effective way to bring you back into health and wellness. I tune into you to gauge exactly what it is you need, and offer it in the time frame that works best for you. There is no one size fits all. I tailor my treatments to the special and individualised person that is you.
I see people of all ages, and treat all kinds of health conditions. Nothing is too big or small. Whether it is wanting to heal a chronic or acute illness/condition, have support alongside your conventional medicine, get a boost to get over your cold and flu quicker, get more energy, help with stress and anxiety, get some nutritional advice or simply come for a check up, I can help you all the way.
Depending on what you need, I use nutritional medicine, dietary advice, herbal medicine (I have a comprehensive liquid herbal dispensary where I make up elixirs and tonics tailored specifically to what you need-one of my favourite things!), intuitive counselling, lifestyle guidance, mindfulness techniques and flower essences.
